The "Unlimited data (24 Hours)" ^* will be sent to the email address registered with "Osaka eSIM" immediately after purchasing your first Topping. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified by separate email.

The deadline for entering the promo code is the end of the month following the SIM activation date.
(Example) If you activate your SIM on April 20, 2025: Until 23:59 on May 31, 2025

How to use a promo code

1. Purchasing and using data Topping

STEP01

Click "Apply here" at the bottom of this page to access the Osaka eSIM special page, then tap "Get started."
STEP02

Follow the on-screen instructions to register your account.
STEP03

Select Topping you want to purchase and tap "Next."
STEP04

Set up your payment method.
STEP05

Wait for about 1 to 2 minutes and then tap "Refresh screen."

*It may take up to one minute for the changes to be applied, so please wait until they are reflected.
STEP06

Set up eSIM.
How to set it up

2. Enter your promo code

STEP01

After using the data Topping you purchased, tap "Promo Code" in the povo app.

* "Unlimited data (24 hours)" cannot be applied while using the Unlimited data Topping or Unlimited data bonus.
STEP02

Enter the code you received via email in the "Enter promo code" field.
STEP03

The message "Complete! Promo code applied" will appear, so tap "OK." (You can refresh the display by pulling down from the top of the home screen.)

You will need to download the povo2.0 app to apply (new, switching from another company/ UQ mobile), purchase Topping, and check various details.

Precautions

This campaign is subject to change or end without notice.

This campaign can only be used once per line.

Please refrain from reselling promo codes.

Once a promo code has been used, it cannot be used again.

If the Company determines that fraudulent or inappropriate activity has taken place, you will not be eligible for this offer.

This campaign may not be used in conjunction with other campaigns conducted by the Company.

We will not be responsible for any failure to apply the campaign conditions due to network congestion, malfunctions, system maintenance, etc., such as when the application period is about to end.

In the event that we are liable for damages in connection with this campaign, the scope of our liability shall be limited to direct and actual damages (excluding lost profits) that would ordinarily arise, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone this campaign at any time in the event of any circumstances that prevent the proper operation of this campaign, or in the event of any similar situation, or in the event of any other circumstances that make it difficult to continue this campaign.

The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any disputes arising in connection with this campaign.
