● The payment method from povo1.0 cannot be carried over. You will need to set up a new payment method (credit card information).
● It is not possible to integrate payments for povo2.0 with payments for other lines or communication services (au consolidated billing, KDDI consolidated billing, J:COM consolidated billing, etc.).
● When switching to povo2.0, you will need to change your SIM (including if you are using an eSIM).
● When changing to povo2.0, parental consent is required again.
● povo1.0 and povo2.0 are compatible with different devices. Please check in advance whether the device you plan to use is compatible with povo2.0.

● povo2.0 is not eligible for the "Family Discount Plus" discount.
● With au PAY (auかんたん決済) on povo2.0, there are some services that cannot be used, such as au PAY charge.
If you change brands from au or UQ mobile, the upper limit may be reduced.
● povo2.0 does not offer the following services or discounts.

● Your au HOME contract will be automatically canceled. If you are using installment payments, a cancellation fee will be charged as specified in the au HOME Service Terms of Use. To continue using the service, you will need to sign up for a new contract. In that case, an initial fee of 2,200 yen will be charged.
*If you use Anshin Watcher, your 12-month free basic fees will end. If you sign up again, you will not be able to use your existing Anshin Watcher and will need to purchase it again.
●In addition to what is stated in this document, discounts and benefits that are conditional on signing up for povo1.0 may be terminated due to the transition.
Note 1: povo2.0 customers can continue to use au Denki. After applying for povo2.0, if you link povo account with your au Denki au ID, you will continue to receive points of 0.5% or 1% based on your monthly electricity fees.

● The usage fees for povo1.0 is calculated on a pro rata basis according to the number of days of use.

● Any remaining monthly data capacity from povo1.0 cannot be used with povo2.0.
● Data Topping purchased with povo1.0 (Unlimited data for 24 hours, Data Top-up) cannot be used with povo2.0.
Note 3: You will be initially charged the undiscounted fees, but the amount will be refunded from the following month onwards by deducting it from other fees.
●You will continue to make installment payments for the device, and installment payments will continue to be charged using your current payment method.
If you subscribe to Upgrade Program EX or Upgrade Program EX(a), program fees will be temporarily suspended. When you use the benefits, you will be required to pay the program fees for the suspension validity.
● If you combine payments for povo1.0, electricity service, or city gas for au, fees for electricity service and city gas for au will continue to be billed using your current payment method.
● New applications for povo1.0 are no longer being accepted, so you will not be able to return to povo2.0 once you have migrated.
