When you perform Mobile Number Portability (MNP), your povo2.0 contract will be canceled and you will be required to sign a new contract with the new carrier. Therefore, please be sure to check and understand the following before proceeding.
The MNP reservation number is validity for 15 days, including the reservation date. povo2.0 will not be automatically canceled even after validity. Please be careful to manage it to prevent unauthorized use.
●If you have completed the cancellation reservation with "povo2.0" after starting the MNP application with the destination carrier, please complete the application procedure with the destination carrier within 5 days.
●If you interrupt the application process with the relocation provider, you may need to cancel your cancellation reservation on "povo2.0" before resuming the process.
●Since the transferee service provider will inquire about the name of the transferee to povo2.0, in principle, please apply to the transferee service provider using the contract name registered for the line in question.
● Once the transfer procedure is completed by the new service provider, povo2.0 will be automatically canceled. However, if there are any outstanding fees for povo2.0, the transfer procedure may be refused.
●Only the line you registered during the MNP procedure will be automatically canceled. Other lines will not be automatically canceled.
● The handling of continuation and termination will differ depending on when you switched from au / UQ mobile to povo2.0.
[Customers who migrated before May 16, 2022]
The service will be terminated and will no longer be available.
[Customers who migrated after May 17, 2022]
The service will continue. If you wish to terminate the service, you will need to complete the service termination procedure yourself.

● All data such as povo accounts and invoices will be deleted after a certain validity. Please keep the information yourself if necessary.
●Even if you cancel povo2.0 in the middle of the month, you will still be charged the full flat rate for Topping you continue to purchase, such as call Topping.
If there is any unbilled usage fees remaining at the time of cancellation, it will be billed after cancellation. Payment will be made by the credit card registered to your povo account.
● Paid content and paid apps that you pay for using au PAY (auかんたん決済) (carrier billing) will not be automatically cancelled or canceled. If you no longer need them due to a change of model or cancellation, please cancel or cancel your membership yourself on the respective service site or app.
● The payment method for povo2.0 cannot be carried over. You will need to set up a new payment method (account information or credit card information).
●When migrating, you will need to change your SIM (including if you are using an eSIM).
