●The validity period is managed separately for each data add-on
purchased. Even if you purchase a new data add-on before the validity
period of a previously purchased add-on expires, the validity period of
the previous add-on will not be extended, and the validity periods of
any data add-ons active at the same time will continue to run
concurrently.
・If you have multiple data add-ons, the one with the earliest expiration
date will be used first.
●You must be 18 or older.
●Photo ID is not required for registration.
●Japan SIM online only accept credit card issued by JCB International
(Taiwan) Co., Ltd. for the payment method.
●One Japan SIM account accepts one Taiwan phone number.
●Ensure your Taiwan phone number can receive an SMS verification in
Japan.
●Data validity begins immediately after purchase. However, only when you
purchase the plans while Sign-up, "Promocode" for the
Unlimited Data is sent to you immediately after purchase.
Please apply the code whenever you like after you arrive in Japan.
●Without active data toppings, maximum data speed will be limited to 128
kbps.
●After enabling eSIM, your Japan SIM account will automatically become
inactive after 90 days, regardless of whether you have purchased any
add-ons.
●Voice calls, SMS, and mobile number portability (MNP) are not
supported.
●This service is valid only in Japan.
●No returns, refunds or reissues.
●KDDI is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from lost or
stolen cards or use without permission.
●Prepare an internet connection( Wi-Fi or mobile roaming)
●All procedures and customer support are online.
●Data speed may be reduced during times of network congestion or when
using data-intensive services such as video streaming or cloud
gaming.
●If multiple Data Packs are purchased, the pack with the earliest
expiration date will be consumed first. Data expiration dates will not
be extended.
●Prorated refunds and cancellations will not be provided.
●All prices include tax.
