Sign up can be completed before you visit Japan or after you arrive Japan.
eSIM setting (iPhone)
eSIM activation can be completed after you arrive Japan.
eSIM setting (Android)
eSIM activation can be completed after you arrive Japan.

●Photo ID is not required for registration.
●Japan SIM online only accept credit card for the payment method.
●One Japan SIM account per phone number.
●Japan SIM account is automatically terminated 90 days after eSIM activation.
●A separate voice line capable of receiving SMS is required to apply.
●Voice calls, SMS, and mobile number portability (MNP) are not supported.
●Without active data toppings, maximum data speed will be limited to 128 kbps.
●This service is valid only in Japan.
●You must be 18 or older.
●No returns, refunds or reissues.
●KDDI is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from lost or stolen cards or use without permission.
●Only eSIM is available.
●Prepare an internet connection( Wi-Fi or mobile roaming)
●Check eligible countries or areas.
●Ensure your overseas phone number can receive an SMS verification in Japan
●All procedures and customer support are online.
●Data Packs validity begins immediately after purchase.
