KDDI Corporation and KDDI Digital Life Corporation will begin offering “Japan SIM” (hereinafter referred to as “Japan SIM for MyJapan+”), a data-only eSIM service for international visitors to Japan, on June 25, 2026. The service will be offered through “MyJapan+ by JCB,” an inbound travel app provided by JCB Co., Ltd.
“Japan SIM for MyJapan+” offers four unlimited data plans (Note), allowing users to choose the option that best suits their needs. To celebrate the launch, all plans will be available at promotional pricing for a limited time.
“MyJapan+ by JCB” is an official app designed to help international travelers enjoy a more convenient and cost-effective stay in Japan. By enabling seamless access to eSIM services for travelers, the app provides a new alternative to traditional roaming.
KDDI and KDDI Digital Life will continue to collaborate with JCB to enhance this service and deliver a comfortable and enriching experience for each visitor to Japan.

2.Tap the "Sign up" button on the dedicated page.
3.Tap "Get started."
4.Register your email address.
5.Enter your contact phone number (Taiwan numbers only).
6.Review and agree to the important terms and conditions.
7.Confirm your name and date of birth, then agree.
8.Select your preferred topping (plan).
9.Register your payment method (Taiwan-issued JCB Card only).
10.Tap "+ Add eSIM" to complete the registration.
