*1 This includes customers who have switched from au / UQ mobile / povo1.0 / other companies to "povo2.0".
*2 If you sign up for povo2.0 as a new subscriber, you can purchase this Topping until 23:59 seven days after activating your SIM.
For example, if you activate your SIM at 15:00 on July 5th, 2025, you can make purchases up until 23:59 on July 12th, seven days later.
However, please note that we cannot be held responsible if you are unable to purchase the applicable Topping within seven days of SIM activation due to system maintenance or other reasons.
In addition, the contents of this Topping may change or sales may end even within 7 days after SIM activation. If sales end, you will be notified in advance.

●If you purchase "Welcome Data Top-up 3GB (30 Days)", you will not be able to use the Auto-charge-charge function. After using this Topping, you can choose to turn Auto-charge function on or off when you purchase "Data Top-up on 3GB (30 Days)" from within the app.
●Payment will be made immediately after purchase. Cancellation of this Topping or pro rata refunds are not possible.
● Topping can be used immediately after purchase.
●Each Topping has validity. Please use it within validity.
●If the data capacity reaches 0GB, the communication speed will be a maximum of 128kbps for sending and receiving.
*Communication speeds may be limited during network congestion or when using videos or cloud games.
● validity is managed for each data Topping purchased. Even if you purchase a new data Topping before validity of a purchased data Topping expires, validity of the data Topping that was applied before the purchase will not be extended, and validity of the data Topping that were applied at the same time will expire.
●The order in which data is consumed is as follows:
If you have multiple data Topping, the one with the earliest expiration date will be used first.
If you have both a data Topping and a data bonus, the data bonus will be consumed.
(Prepaid codes and trade codes are treated the same as "data Toppings".)
●You will be notified by email, SMS, etc. when the remaining data capacity falls below a certain level or before validity.

●The maximum communication speed is provided by the best-effort method. Actual communication speeds vary depending on location, communication environment, network congestion and compatible products.
●If you use a large amount of data within a certain validity, your data speed will be limited during peak hours.
●Cannot be used overseas.
●There is no limit to the number of data Topping that can be purchased at the same time.
However, while you are in the "Unlimited data" state due to using Unlimited data Topping or Unlimited data bonuses, you will not be able to purchase any Unlimited data Topping.
● If you cancel povo2.0, you will no longer be able to use the service even if you have remaining data capacity or validity.
