Even customers who do not have Data Topping or who have just signed up for a new contract will receive Ponta points worth 3% of the Topping purchase price when they purchase eligible Data Topping during the campaign validity!
To receive points, you must link your povo account with au ID for which you wish to receive Ponta points before purchasing the applicable Topping.
*Ponta points are available to customers who purchase the [Bonus Eligible] Data Top-up 60GB (90 days) or [Bonus Eligible] Data Top-up 150GB (180 days) during validity. The Ponta points that can be returned are up to 20% of the purchase price of the eligible data Topping.
*The Ponta points to be refunded will be determined based on validity of the following data amounts: "the total remaining data amount for data Topping that have expired within seven days from the date of purchase of the target Topping" or "the total data amount within the expiration date that you have at the time of purchase of the target Topping."
*If you use up Topping before they expire, or if you are a new customer and purchase a qualifying Topping, your remaining data will be considered 0GB and you will be eligible for this campaign.

1. Purchase the data Topping eligible for the bonus during the campaign validity.

●If any circumstances arise that hinder the proper operation of this policy or if a similar situation arises, or if any other circumstances arise that make it difficult to continue this policy, we may cancel or postpone this policy at any time.
●We are not responsible for any damage or disadvantage caused to eligible individuals as a result of this policy being applied to them or the benefits being presented to them.
●Even if our company is liable for damages in connection with this policy, the scope of our liability will be limited to direct and actual damages (excluding lost profits) that would normally arise, except in cases where our company is guilty of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
●Even if you are unable to receive the benefit due to your own circumstances, we will not refund the benefit again.
●Acquisition of usage status
