●Even if you are unable to receive the benefit due to your own circumstances, the benefit will not be provided again.
●The customer will be responsible for any costs incurred in the process of receiving the benefits of this service (including, but not limited to, internet communication charges, etc.).
In accordance with the Civil Code, the Company may change the contents of the Terms of Use by publicizing them in a manner that the Company deems appropriate, such as by posting them in advance on the Service Site, etc. If the Terms of Use are changed, the changed terms will apply between all customers and the Company from the date of change onwards.

●Notwithstanding any other provisions in the Terms of Use, even if we are liable for damages in connection with this Service, the scope of our liability shall be limited to direct and actual damages (excluding lost profits) that would normally arise, except in cases where we are guilty of intentional or gross negligence.
Any disputes arising in relation to this service or benefits shall be submitted to the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
