During the campaign validity, customers who purchase eligible products such as smartphones, earphones, smartwatches, and smart homes at Google Store will receive a campaign code [Data Top-up (30 days)] that can be used when signing up for a new povo2.0 contract.

Applicable conditions

The benefit applies if the following conditions are met:
During this campaign validity Google Store Purchase the applicable product, enter the campaign code printed on the povo2.0 advertisement included with the product on povo2.0 new contract procedure screen, and complete SIM activation within the campaign code's expiration date.

Cases Where Benefits Do Not Apply

If any of the following applies, we may not provide the benefits or may cancel the benefits that have been provided.
・If you apply for povo2.0 without entering the campaign code listed in the povo2.0 advertisement included with the eligible product purchased from Google Store.
・If SIM activation is not completed within the campaign code expiration date, or if povo2.0 is canceled before SIM activation is completed (including cancellation within 8 days)
・When the application for povo2.0 in which the campaign code was entered is not accepted by our company in accordance with povo2.0 communication service contract terms and conditions, and the contract is not concluded.
・If any ineligible activity or fraudulent activity is discovered when receiving the benefits of this campaign.
*Non-eligible acts and fraudulent acts refer to acts that our company reasonably determines to be non-eligible or fraudulent, such as signing up for more than five povo2.0 lines under the same name, repeatedly signing up for and canceling new contracts with the aim of receiving multiple special offers, fraudulently obtaining or bulk obtaining email addresses, and signing up for povo2.0 by falsifying your name, email address, or other information.

Precautions

This campaign may be extended, terminated, or its contents changed without prior notice or after prior notification.

The benefits may not be used in conjunction with other campaigns conducted by our company.

We will not be held responsible if your application for a povo2.0 contract or SIM activation is not completed after entering the campaign code due to network congestion or malfunctions, such as when the deadline for applications is drawing near, or due to system maintenance, unless there is a reason attributable to our company.

All costs incurred in this campaign (such as internet communication fees) will be borne by the customer.

We will not be liable for any damages or disadvantages arising from customers being eligible for this campaign or receiving benefits, except in cases where there are reasons attributable to our company.

Even if our company is liable for damages in connection with this campaign, the scope of our liability will be limited to direct and actual damages that would normally arise (excluding lost profits), except in cases where our company is guilty of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

We will not provide a campaign code again for reasons of customer convenience, such as if the customer loses the advertisement containing the campaign code.

Resale of campaign codes to third parties is prohibited.

Any disputes arising in connection with this campaign shall be submitted to the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive court of first instance.
