● The smartphones provided for the Streaming Smartphone Course and the Greedy Course will be provided to the first 20 people combined for both courses. If you select the Greedy Course, you will receive a microphone and mixer when you reach four achievements, and a streaming smartphone when you reach six achievements. The order of the rewards cannot be reversed.

●The benefits may not be able to be used in conjunction with other campaigns conducted by our company.
●If your povo2.0 contract application or campaign code entry is not completed due to network congestion or malfunctions, such as when the application period is about to close, or due to system maintenance, we will not be held responsible unless there is a reason attributable to us.
●The costs required for this program (such as internet communication fees) will be borne by the customer.
●We shall not be liable for any damages or disadvantages arising from the participation of eligible individuals in this program, except in cases where such damages or disadvantages are attributable to our company.
●Even if our company is liable for damages related to this program, the scope of our liability will be limited to direct and actual damages that would normally arise (excluding lost profits), except in cases where our company is guilty of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
●If the customer does not enter the campaign code or does not activate the SIM during the povo2.0 activation calculation validity and is therefore unable to receive the benefit, this benefit will not be offered again.
Any disputes arising in connection with this program shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
