Precautions

Winning rights are non-transferable to third parties.

If the Company determines that fraudulent or inappropriate activity has taken place, you will not be eligible for this offer.

This campaign may not be used in conjunction with other campaigns conducted by the Company.

We will not be responsible for any failure to apply the campaign conditions due to network congestion, malfunctions, system maintenance, etc., such as when the application period is about to end.

In the event that we are liable for damages in connection with this campaign, the scope of our liability shall be limited to direct and actual damages (excluding lost profits) that would ordinarily arise, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone this campaign at any time in the event of any circumstances that prevent the proper operation of this campaign, or in the event of any similar situation, or in the event of any other circumstances that make it difficult to continue this campaign.

The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any disputes arising in connection with this campaign.

We may extend the campaign validity or conduct the same or similar campaign in the near future.
