With the "5G SA service" which was launched on August 25, 2026, an issue occurred where some devices were unable to connect to the network.
Our investigation revealed that we had unintentionally made incorrect settings in our connection configuration.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and trouble caused to our customers.

A configuration change (correction) was implemented on the evening of August 27, 2026, and currently, devices compatible with 5G SA can connect to the network normally (Note).

<Information for our customers>

Currently, network connectivity is possible on SIM-free devices that support 5G SA, but there is a possibility that communication may not work properly on devices other than those that we have confirmed to be working.

We will continue to conduct operational verification and will periodically publish the status of povo2.0 's 5G SA compatibility on the "Compatible Devices (Tested Devices)" website .

Due to the increased number of applications, identity verification for SIM card switching is taking longer than usual. We are contacting you in order as verification is completed, and we appreciate your understanding.
