The povo2.0 app (hereinafter referred to as "the app") will undergo a mandatory update to renew its server certificate.
After November 24th, if your app version is not the latest, you will not be able to log in to the app. Therefore, please update to the latest version of the app.

*Android users must have Android 12 or later, and iPhone users must have iOS 15.6 or later. Please update to the supported OS to continue using the app.

Customers using a version other than those listed above are requested to update to the latest version of the app.

Go to "Settings" → "General" → "Software Update" on your device and select "Update Now".

If you are using one of the above devices and wish to continue using the app, please consider changing your device.

About Android OS version

To continue using the app, you will need to update to Android 12 or later.
Customers using devices that do not support Android 12 or later should consider changing their device.
