povo ranked first in customer satisfaction for the second consecutive year in the 2025 JCSI mobile phone industry

KDDI and Okinawa Cellular are pleased to announce that their online-only brand, povo, has been ranked first in customer satisfaction in the mobile phone category (9 brands including major carriers and online-only brands) of the 2025 JCSI (Japanese Customer Satisfaction Index) Survey * conducted by the Japan Productivity Center, a public interest incorporated foundation. Povo also ranked first in eight indicators: customer expectations, perceived quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction, intention to recommend, loyalty, impression index, and disappointment index (lowest level of disappointment).
