KDDI Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Matsuda), the PASMO Council, and PASMO Co., Ltd. will begin offering "povo Data Oasis," a service that provides free data capacity usable with povo2.0 at designated locations, starting April 14, 2026, Limited offer at private railway stations in the Kanto region where mobile PASMO is usable.
As the first phase, all stations on the three railway companies "Tokyo Metro," "Keisei Electric Railway," and "Sagami Railway" will be added as target locations. Furthermore, the target lines will be gradually expanded by around autumn 2026.
You can easily get data at your usual station that you use daily for commuting to work or school, or at stations when you're out and about. "povo Data Oasis" provides free data support for communication when using mobile PASMO and when traveling by train.
KDDI Corporation, the PASMO Council, and PASMO Co., Ltd. will work to further expand the number of routes and stations covered by povo Data Oasis, striving to provide services that support the mobility and daily lives of even more customers.

This program allows you to access a special website from your smartphone in specific locations and receive 0.1GB of free data per access (for 24 hours), up to a maximum of 10 times per month (1GB total). The charged data can be used with povo2.0.
Since its launch in 2007, the PASMO transportation IC card has continued to provide a variety of services to enable customers to use it in all aspects of their daily lives, including train and bus tickets. As of the end of March 2026, 46.75 million cards are in circulation. 27 railway companies and 31 bus companies that operate the PASMO system are members of the PASMO Council, and the operation of PASMO services and system development are entrusted to PASMO Co., Ltd. Mobile PASMO service started on March 18, 2020, and has been gradually expanded to support Apple Pay and Google Pay, and is now used by many customers.
