KDDI, KDDI Digital Life, and Wire and Wireless (hereinafter Wi2) will add Fujisoft Incorporated's (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President and CEO: Mitsuhiro Murooka, hereinafter Fujisoft) mobile Wi-Fi router "+F FS045W (+F ConnectIN povo compatible model)" (hereinafter this product) to the list of products eligible for "ConnectIN povo," a service that integrates communication into various products and services such as PCs and IoT devices and provides them to individual users, starting October 20, 2026.
This product can utilize 4G LTE communication on au network. (Note 1) This is a "+F ConnectIN povo" compatible model that includes 10GB of data capacity (1 year) for povo2.0 and Wi2's public Wi-Fi service "Gigazo Wi-Fi" (1 year). After purchase, simply register your povo2.0 account. (Note 2) You can start using the service, and if you purchase the product itself, the basic fee is 0 yen. (Note 3) With this plan, you can use 10GB of povo data for one year, allowing you to secure communication resources for emergency preparedness and monitoring purposes without incurring monthly fixed costs.
Leveraging the feature of having no monthly fixed fees, we aim to meet the needs for emergency preparedness and monitoring, such as providing a means to maintain communication while minimizing battery drain on devices used for communication, such as smartphones, during disasters, and a means of monitoring that detects safety through data consumption history while protecting the privacy of family members living separately.

KDDI will continue to utilize povo SDK (Software Development Kit) mechanism and aim to integrate povo 's communication service, which allows users to select and purchase the data they need, into a variety of devices.
