If you purchase Topping in the middle of the month, the subscription fee will be charged in full.
If you cancel Topping in the middle of the month (including cancellation of povo2.0), the subscription fee will be charged in full.
If you wish to change your Topping subscription, please cancel your current Topping subscription by the end of the month and apply for a new Topping subscription in the following month or later.
You can apply for cancellation of Topping through the application. The cancellation will be applied to the following month.
Unlimited calls within 5 minutes" and "Unlimited calls" may be charged for calls to certain telecommunications carriers as separately specified, and for calls exceeding 744 hours per month or 24 hours per day. For calls not covered by this plan, domestic call charges will apply separately.
Free calls under this plan may not be applied in the following cases
- When a cell phone subscribed to the Plan is used in connection with telecommunication facilities owned by the customer, or when automatic dialing is made by software or other means (except in cases where the Company has given its prior consent in either case).
- When used for the purpose of earning income directly from communications by intermediating communications, using the call forwarding function, or connecting to services provided by other companies.
- When used for purposes other than calling.
Domestic calls that are not eligible for free calls will be charged at tax included 22 yen/30 seconds, except for calls to fees set by other companies (calling charges may differ in some cases, such as calls to satellite phones. For details Click here).
Calls may be disconnected if the Company determines that the call will affect the Company's facilities, such as if the call lasts for a long time in a row.
