If your smartphone or other device is stolen or lost, you may be able to find the location of your mobile phone yourself from your computer or smartphone using the "Find My Smartphone" or "Find My iPhone (iPad)" features.
To prevent unauthorized use by malicious third parties, you can temporarily suspend your telephone line (suspend emergency calls). You can also resume use (unsuspend the line).
In the "Question" section of the chat, please select "08. [Currently in use] SIM card loss or theft > a. Emergency suspension/cancellation of suspension."
Customers using povo1.0 can cancel emergency call suspension and line suspension here.
If you are currently enrolled in an eligible compensation service, you can use the service to receive a replacement mobile phone.
