What to do if you can't verify your phone number with Lawson Ticket

If you are using povo2.0 and are unable to verify your phone number with Lawson Ticket, please enter the necessary information on the povo support page and submit a request. We will contact you within the next day.
To complete the procedure, the target SIM/eSIM must be able to communicate. You will need to receive an SMS during the process, so please make sure the SIM is inserted into your smartphone, is turned on, and has a working call line.




■Notes
  • You cannot perform the procedure while the SIM reissue procedure is in progress, while an MNP reservation number is being issued, or while your service is suspended.
  • ②You cannot complete the procedure while traveling abroad.
  • Please note that some devices may not support certain functions, so even if you follow the procedure, the issue may not be resolved.
