*The previous month's call fees, the current month's call Topping, and the previous month's support Topping fees will be billed around the 10th of the current month. However, the call Topping fees for the first month of your contract will be billed together with the following month's bill. Please note that there may be cases where this campaign does not apply.

The rewards will be sent via the "Notifications" section in the Nudge app between April 1st and April 12th.

Q.Until when can I enter the promo code for the "Unlimited data Bonus (24 hours)" that I receive as a benefit?
A.

The offer is valid until 23:59 on (Fri) May 31, 2024. Please enter the code in the povo2.0 app within the valid validity.

Q.When and how will the credit card issuance fee be refunded?
A.

The amount will be added to your Nudge card's available balance by the end of the month following the month your card was issued. You can check the details on the history screen in the Nudge app. If you use the automatic debit feature, the card fee of 2,500 yen will be deducted once on April 22, 2024, including any other payments made during March. However, you can use the rebate amount from this campaign to repay any charges made from April 2024 onwards.

●Nudge and Nudge Card are payment services provided by Nudge Inc.
●Issuance of a Nudge card requires identity verification and screening based on Nudge Inc.'s standards. Screening is generally completed within 1 to 3 business days after the application date. Once the screening is complete, a check mark will appear in "STEP 1 Application" → "STEP 2 Screening." Please note that the screening process may take some time depending on the application status, etc.
