■ Notes on using povo shop
- ●The data will be automatically applied immediately after purchasing Topping.
- ●Emails will be sent from "info@povo.jp". If you are unable to receive the email due to your circumstances (including, but not limited to, if your email address is not valid or if emails from us cannot be received due to spam filters), you will not be eligible to receive the set product. Please check your email reception settings in advance.
- ●After purchasing Topping, you will not be able to purchase Topping again until validity has expired, regardless of your data usage.
- ●This coupon is for data communication and a shopping voucher that can be used at LAWSON. The coupon amount or shopping voucher will be the regular price minus the data communication Amount.
- ●Cancellation or pro rata refunds are not possible during the service period.
- ●If any circumstances arise that hinder the proper operation of the sale of Topping or if a similar situation arises, or if any other circumstances arise that make it difficult to continue selling Topping, we may cancel, temporarily suspend, terminate or postpone the sale of Topping at any time.
■ Notes regarding shopping vouchers
- ●Available at LAWSON nationwide.
- ●The URL for LAWSON shopping voucher will be sent to the email address registered with povo2.0 immediately after purchase. If there is a significant delay, we will inform you by email.
- ● LAWSON shopping voucher validity at the end of the month following the month in which Topping is purchased.
- ●Cannot be used outside validity.
- ●Please present your card before paying at the register. If you present your shopping voucher after paying, it will not be valid.
- ●Cannot be used with LAWSON smartphone register.
- ●You can also use the self-checkout.
- ●Settlement will be made from the total amount (tax included).
- ●You cannot use only part of the value of the shopping voucher.
- ●No change will be given.
- ●Returns and refunds cannot be made due to customer convenience.
- ●Not available at LAWSON Store 100 and some other stores.
- ●Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- ●Cannot be resold.
- ●Tickets will be invalid if any fraudulent acts such as copying, forgery, or alteration are committed.
- ●Cannot be used for some services such as cigarettes, various train tickets, multiple-ride tickets, various gift certificates, various coupons, QUO cards, collection agency services, stamps, revenue stamps, postcards, and Loppi transactions.
- ●Cannot be used in conjunction with MACHI cafe DRINK CARD.
- ●Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept refunds, returns, or cancellations after purchase.
- ●This is for personal use only and cannot be resold, transferred to others, exchanged for cash, or have its contents changed.
■ General precautions
- ● If you sign up for a new povo2.0 contract through povo shop
- ・The only plan available is "Data Only."
- ・You will need to purchase the first Topping when signing the contract. For details on eligible Topping, click here
- ・Calls and SMS are not available.
- ・You cannot switch from another carrier (MNP).
- ・Available only domestically.
- ・Only eSIM is available.
- ・A separate line capable of making voice calls and receiving SMS is required.
- ・This event is for people aged 13 and over.
- ・Payment methods include credit card payment Postpay（Paidy）. *For more information about Postpay（Paidy）click here.
- ●If multiple data items are added, the data with the earliest validity will be consumed first, and validity of the data will not be extended.
- ●If you do not purchase any paid Topping for more than 180 days, your service may be suspended or your contract may be terminated.
- ● validity will be counted as one day for every 24 hours that passes from the time of purchase completion.
■ Notes regarding communication speed restrictions
- ●If the data capacity reaches 0GB, the communication speed will be a maximum of 128kbps for sending and receiving.
- ●If you use a large amount of data within a certain validity, your data speed will be limited during peak hours.
- This service is a best-effort service. The speeds listed are the maximum speeds based on the technical specifications and do not represent actual usage speeds. Even within the service area, speeds may be significantly reduced depending on the customer's usage environment, line conditions, etc.
- ● If no paid Topping is purchased during the 180-day period retroactive to each day following the date on which the SIM at povo2.0 was activated (provided, however, that this applies only if 180 days have elapsed as of such date from the date on which the SIM at povo2.0 was activated) (hereinafter referred to as “the validity”), service will be suspended sequentially.(This does not apply if, within the relevant validity, the total amount of domestic call charges, domestic SMS charges, and other specified pay-as-you-go charges fees exceeds 600 yen before tax (tax included 660 yen), or if the relevant validity includes the use of prepaid codes or other items designated by us. If you do not make any purchases of paid Topping or similar transactions for 30 days after your service is suspended, we will terminate your contract.
Regarding suspension of service or termination of the contract, we will notify you in advance of the details via the email address or SMS associated with your povo account.
- ●If you sign up for 5 lines(*) under the same name, a contract administration fee of 3,850 yen per line will be charged for each line from the 6th line onwards.
*This includes lines that have been terminated or cancelled by our company within the past year.
