KDDI, Okinawa Cellular, and KDDI Digital Life will launch a program starting June 19, 2026, to give away "10 Unlimited data (24 hours) 10 times" (Note 1) for customers who newly register on povo2.0 starting June 1 Limited offer 9, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as this initiative).
povo2.0 offers the flexibility to combine data capacity and usage validity with zero basic fees, and allows you to use high-quality au lines that have won four consecutive awards in Opensignal's communication experience analysis results (Note 3) (Note 4) This is a distinctive feature. Since the basic fee is zero, customers can experience 10 Unlimited data of povo2.0 (24 hours) while still using their current main line.
The data you receive can be used at any time within the validity period. You can use it according to your needs, such as wanting to use it without worrying about data or preparing for when your main line suddenly loses connection.
Furthermore, to ensure that customers experiencing povo2.0 for the first time through this initiative can continue using it according to their individual needs, we will begin offering new Topping. We plan to gradually add a 1-year Topping with the maximum capacity of povo2.0, offering 110GB per month for 3,270 yen, and a Topping specifically for emergency use offering 0.5GB per month for 600 yen, as part of our "Regular Topping" lineup, which can be purchased anytime without validity restrictions. Through this initiative, KDDI, Okinawa Cellular, and KDDI Digital Life aim to allow more customers to experience the flexibility of povo2.0 and the ease of connectivity offered by au network.
