KDDI Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Matsuda; hereinafter “KDDI”),KDDI Digital Life, Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tatsuya Hamada; hereinafter “KDDI Digital Life”), the PASMO Council, and PASMO Co., Ltd. will add “povo Data Oasis” to eligible locations at “Enoshima Electric Railway” and “Odakyu Hakone”“Keihin Electric Express Railway,”“Shonan Monorail,” “Tobu Railway,” “Maihama Resort Line,” and “Yokohama Seaside Line.” As a result, approximately 1,300 stations across a total of 27 operators will be designated as eligible locations, making the service available at all stations operated by PASMO member operators, including private railways in the Kanto region.
“povo Data Oasis” is a service that allows users of KDDI’s prepaid service “povo2.0” to receive up to 1 GB of data per month for free. It can be easily accessed by visiting a special website from a povo2.0-enabled device at specific locations, including private railway stations in the Kanto region.By making it easy to claim data at stations you use daily for commuting to work or school, or at stations you visit while out and about, this service supports data usage when using PASMO on your mobile device or while traveling by train with free data.
This service allows you to access a special website from your smartphone at designated locations and receive 0.1GB of free data per visit (24 hours), up to a maximum of 10 times per month (1GB total). The charged data can be used with povo2.0.

5. How to Use
Access the dedicated page from the povo2.0 app at the designated station and log in with povo account for the first time only. After confirming your visit to the eligible station using your location information, "0.1GB (24 hours)" will be added immediately.

This is a prepaid service provided by KDDI. It can be used with a monthly basic fees of 0 yen (Note). Because povo2.0 utilizes the reliable au network, you can connect to au 's high-speed 5G network. We offer various options, including advantageous bulk purchases, monthly plans, and short-term unlimited usage, allowing you to purchase only the data you need, when you need it, and use it efficiently to suit your lifestyle.

Since its launch in 2007, the PASMO transportation IC card has continued to provide a variety of services to enable customers to use it in all aspects of their daily lives, including train and bus tickets. As of the end of August 2026, 47.95 million cards are in circulation. 27 railway companies and 31 bus companies that operate the PASMO system are members of the PASMO Council, and the operation of PASMO services and system development are entrusted to PASMO Co., Ltd. Mobile PASMO service started on March 18, 2020, and has been gradually expanded to support Apple Pay and Google Pay, and is now used by many customers.
