The following services were unavailable at the time of the incident, but have now been restored.
・Using the povo2.0 app
・New contracts, changes from au / povo1.0 / UQ mobile, and procedures for switching from other companies
・Cancellation and issuance of MNP reservation number
- Call suspension and unsuspension
・Use of povo shop and povo Data Oasis
・Using a Giga Charge Card
・New subscriptions and Topping purchases from external partners
・ Auto-charge for an Data Top-up (30 days)
・Setting and changing the web filter for minors

- There was an issue where data communication was difficult to use, but this has now been resolved. If you are having trouble using data communication, please try restarting your phone or turning airplane mode on and off.
