KDDI Corporation and KDDI Digital Life Corporation will begin offering "Japan SIM" (hereinafter referred to as "Japan SIM for MyJapan+"), a Data Only eSIM for foreign visitors to Japan, through "MyJapan+ by JCB," an inbound tourism app provided by JCB Co., Ltd., starting in June 2026.
"Japan SIM for MyJapan+" offers four types of unlimited data plans (note) with various Topping to suit each customer's needs. These Topping will be offered at a special promotional price to commemorate the launch.
"MyJapan+ by JCB" is the official app designed to make your stay in Japan more convenient and affordable for international travelers. By providing seamless access to traveler-friendly eSIMs, it offers a new alternative to roaming.
Moving forward, KDDI and KDDI Digital Life will continue to collaborate with JCB to provide this service, striving to ensure that every visitor to Japan enjoys a comfortable and enriching stay.
