Service Introduction

If you are using povo2.0, you can get up to 1GB of data added free of charge each month by obtaining location information with your povo2.0 device in a location where povo Data Oasis is available.
Furthermore, as of January 16, 2026, the usage procedure has been simplified, and it can now be used in just 3 taps when using the app. Click here for details.

Cases where this service cannot be used

- If location services are not enabled, you will not be able to use this service (you need to enable location services in both your device settings and your browser settings).
If your Wi-Fi connection is unstable, you may not be able to use the service, so please turn off Wi-Fi.
Depending on your location, the service may not be available. Please try again in a different location.
- This service may not be available in commercial facilities or underground areas.
・In addition, service may not be available in certain areas due to location, radio wave conditions, facilities, corporate premises, or train stations.
Due to the opening or relocation of some locations, some of these locations may be unavailable for up to one month.
If you engage in fraudulent activities such as tampering with location information, you will be excluded from this service.
- This service may not be available on devices that do not support GPS.
This service is not available on Apple Watch.

How to use

STEP 01 Register for povo2.0 (If you are already using "povo2.0", please proceed to STEP 02)

Access the page here and tap "New Registration"

Enter the email address you want to register and tap "Next."
STEP01-3

A 6-digit code will be sent to the registered email address, so enter that code and tap "Next".

Enter the phone number you want to register and tap "Verify."

A 6-digit code will be sent to your registered phone number, so enter that code.

Check the important information and terms of use, then agree to proceed

Enter your customer information

First, select Topping you want to purchase and tap "Next."

Set up your payment method

Wait for about 1 to 2 minutes and then tap "Refresh screen."

STEP 02 Log in via the banner in the app (only for the first charge)

Tap the "povo Data Oasis" banner within the "povo2.0" app.
*If you are using app version 1.64.0 or later, you do not need to follow steps [STEP02-2 to 02-4] for subsequent logins using the same account.
*If you are unable to use this service, please clear your browser's cache.
*If you are using multiple accounts, please log out of "povo shop" before using the service. (How to log out: Tap the "•" mark → Profile → Log out)

Tap "Login" at the bottom of the screen

Enter the email address registered with "povo2.0" and tap "Send"

Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email address and tap "Next"

STEP 03 Charge data with "povo Data Oasis"

Go to the designated location and tap "Charge Data".

Check the details, agree to the "Use of location information, Terms of Use, Provision of customer information to third parties and its use," and tap "Proceed to Data Top-up."

Turn on [Use Location]. Tap [Location Services] at the bottom.

Tap [Location accuracy].

Set [Location Accuracy] to "High Accuracy" or "Improved."

Open Settings, tap [Apps], and then tap the application you are using, such as "Chrome," from the list of applications.
STEP06

Tap Permissions, then tap Location.
STEP07

Select [Allow only while using the app] and turn on [Precise location].

●当社は、民法に従い、あらかじめ本サービスサイト等に掲載する等、当社が適切と判断する方法により周知をすることにより、利用規約の内容を変更することができるものとします。利用規約が変更された場合、変更日以降は、当該変更後の規約が、すべてのお客様と当社との間で適用されるものとします。
●当社は、本サービスの適切な運営を妨げる事由が生じた場合、これに類する状況が生じた場合、その他本サービスを継続し難い事由が生じた場合、いつでも本サービスを中止し、またはその実施を延期することができるものとします。
●当社は、お客様が特典を利用したことに起因する損害・不利益について、当社は責任を負いかねます。
●利用規約における他のいかなる規定の内容にかかわらず、本サービスに関し当社が損害賠償責任を負う場合であっても、その責任の範囲は、当社に故意または重大な過失があるときを除き、通常生ずべき直接かつ現実の損害(逸失利益を除きます)に限られるものとします。
●本サービスまたは特典に関して生じた紛争は、東京地方裁判所をもって第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

・国内でのみ利用可能です。
・eSIMのみご利用可能です。
・別途、SMS受信可能な音声通話ができる回線が必要です。
・13歳以上の方が対象です。
・支払い方法はクレジットカード決済、あと払い（ペイディ）*がご利用いただけます。*あと払い（ペイディ）について詳細はこちら
●複数のデータを追加した場合、有効期限が早いものを優先して消費し、データの有効期限は延長しません。
●180日間以上有料トッピングの購入等がない場合、利用停止、契約解除となることがあります。
●有効期間は、購入完了時刻から24時間の経過毎に1日として取り扱います。
●データ容量0GBとなった場合、通信速度が送受信最大128kbpsとなります。
●一定期間内に大量のデータ通信のご利用があった場合、混雑する時間帯の通信速度を制限します。
●本サービスは、ベストエフォート型サービスです。記載の速度は技術規格上の最大値であり、実使用速度を示すものではありません。エリア内であっても、お客さまのご利用環境、回線の状況等によって大幅に低下する場合があります。
●povo2.0のSIMを有効化した日以降の各日(但し、当該日において、povo2.0のSIMを有効化した日から180日間を経過している場合に限るものとします。)から遡って180日間（以下「当該期間」といいます。）に、有料トッピングのご購入がない場合、順次利用停止させていただきます。（当該期間内に、国内通話料と国内SMS利用料その他所定の従量料金の合計額が税抜額600円(税込額660円)を超えている場合、または当該期間に当社が指定するプリペイドコード等の利用がある場合を除きます。詳細については、povo2.0サービスの詳細及びコード一覧をご参照ください。）
　利用停止後30日間、引き続き有料トッピングの購入等がない場合、契約を解除させていただきます。
　利用停止または契約解除については、事前にpovoアカウントであるEメールアドレスまたはSMS宛にその詳細をご通知します。
●同一名義で5回線（*）ご契約の場合、累計6回線目以降、3,850円／回線の契約事務手数料がかかります。*過去1年以内に、解約済、当社によりキャンセルした回線も含む。
