When you lost your device/SIM

To prevent unauthorized use by malicious third parties, you can temporarily suspend your eSIM account. You can reactivate your account again after the suspension.

・Please report the lost item to the police.
・If you lose your phone on public transport, please contact the relevant transport agency.
・If your mobile phone is handed over to the police, your device may be returned to you.

Self Termination

Your contract will be terminated on the day you apply or the day after*. Please note that you will no longer be able to use the service from the time of termination. Even if you will not apply, the line will be terminated 90 days after from your contract automatically.

*If you apply between 8:00 p.m. and 9:30 a.m. JST, we will process it in order after 9:30 a.m.
